The XV Volga Region Student Groups Meeting brought together participants from all over the federal region, becoming a space of energy, creativity and constructive dialogue. KNRTU students actively participated in the work of all the sites, showing utmost of organization and engagement.

On the eve of the Meeting opening, a working meeting was held with the participation of Oleg Mashkovtsev, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, where they discussed the results of the year and the prospects for the development of student groups. The rector of KNRTU, Yuri Kazakov, shared the experience of the university, talking about the development of scientific student groups. The idea sparked discussions and was supported by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Leyla Fazleeva.

KNRTU became one of the key Meeting venues, hosting the scientific and practical conference "Now is the time" and the district Meeting of the “Proftema” production line. Here, the participants discussed topical issues of professional development, employment and improving the effectiveness of the teams. Among the speakers at the conference were Natalia Kreisman, Dean of the Faculty of Additional Education at KNRTU, and Anna Yablokova, Head of the Department for the Implementation of professional training activities at the NGO "RSD". Yulia Ziyatdinova (Director of the Institute of Additional Education), Sergey Mukhachev (Head of the Laboratory of the Department of Chemical Cybernetics) and Anton Ponkratov (Head of the Department of Innovative Work of Young scientists) acted as experts of the conference.

During the Meeting, students were able to gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience. The event's partners — NEFIS Cosmetics JSC, ICIEL JSC, Alabuga JSC, University Startup Studio LLC and KAMAZ PJSC - held lectures and master classes, presented the "Try Yourself" quest and interactive platforms.

KNRTU student groups members proved themselves not only as participants, but also as organizers — they supervised the delegations, held the Ethnofestival "Games of Peoples" and the Festival of Bard songs "Through the Years", participated in the creative festival. A separate achievement was the victory of the team of the Republic of Tatarstan in the district intellectual games tournament "Your Opinion", which included Aisylu Yagafarova and Lidiya Kuznetsova, members of the “Reactive” Student team.
