04.04.2025

Students of the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology of KNRTU met with the representatives from top Russian pharmaceutical companies, including Binnopharm Group (Kurgan), Medisorb (Perm), and Tatkhimpharmpreparaty (Kazan).

“The pharmaceutical industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the Russian economy. Rapid response to market demands, intensive research, development of new drugs, and strict quality standards all require highly qualified professionals. Our institute trains such specialists—this year, we are offering 36 state-funded spots in the Chemical Technology of Pharmaceutical Drugs program. Additionally, starting in 2025, we will have 12 state-funded spots in the Pharmacy program for the first time,” said Natalia Baranova, Director of the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology.

During the meeting, key topics in the pharmaceutical industry were discussed, and students had the opportunity to ask questions about career prospects, employment conditions, and support measures for young professionals.

As part of the event, company representatives organized a Smart Challenge and a “Mister X” training session, where students tested their skills in SWOT analysis, and the top performers received memorable gifts.
