The delegation was represented by Borge Larsen and Trond Vegger («Noras Watertech» company), trade representative of Norway in Russia – Mo Frode and the head of «Investment Norway» State Investment Fund – Thomas Knudsen. They were accompanied by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan – Albert Karimov and were welcomed by the Acting Rector of KNRTU – Sergey Yushko. The delegates made their presentations for the KNRTU faculty and students. The pre-investment agreement on the fish farm construction was signed between «Noras Watertech» and the Republic of Tatarstan. The representatives of the company expressed their interest in collaboration with KNRTU for training qualified specialists to work at the farm. Albert Karimov noted that this agreement is important for fish industry developing in Tatarstan and enhancing economic ties with Norway.
