14 specialists of Norinco accomplished the KNRTU educational program on High Energy Materials which consisted lections, round tables, meetings and visits to Kazan’s enterprises. Also, the participants had a chance to visit «Idea» Innovative Technopark and «Technopolis Himgrad» industrial park.
The closing ceremony took place in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, where the certificates of completion were presented to the participants of the program.
In their speeches, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan – Alexey Savelchev, the Rector of KNRTU – Dr. Sergey Yushko, the First Secretary of the Consulate General of China in Kazan – Li Fei and the Dean of High Energy Materials faculty – Vladimir Petrov noted that such collaboration leads to economic cooperation strengthening between two countries. KNRTU is interested in joint educational and scientific projects with China. The second group of Norinco specialists will arrive to KNRTU in October for training on Pyrotechnics.
In their turn the representatives of Norinco expressed their gratitude to the organizers and host university and mentioned the high level of the educational program and warm welcome.
