The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held a contest among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic. Works were accepted in two categories: "Sustainable Use of Natural Resources" and "Development of Environmental Technologies". The expert commission received 37 applications, 10 of which were admitted to face-to-face defence.

In the category "Development of Environmental Technologies", 1st place was taken by a student of the KNRTU Faculty of Food Engineering - Aigul Khasanova. The topic of her work was "Intensification of Biological Wastewater Dephosphation Processes". At the upcoming award ceremony, the winner will be awarded a diploma and a money certificate. We congratulate Ms. Khasanova and wish her further success!
