The Final of the VIII WorldSkills Russia National Competition, which took place from September 6 to September 21, at regional venues in all 85 regions of Russia, came to an end. KNRTU student was among the winners.

The second place in the competence Printing Technologies during the last days of the competition was taken by Ivan Soloviev (3rd year student of the Faculty of Plastics and Composite Materials Technology, Processing and Certification; the compatriot expert of the finalist - Eleonora Ageeva).

2,800 championship participants competed in 130 competencies, which was significantly more than in previous years (in 2018 - 700 people, in 2019 - 1,500 people). The award ceremony was held online. During the closing ceremony of the competition, both the results of the medal standings and the regions that have organized the work of their sites in the best way were announced. The Final of the VIII WorldSkills Russia National Competition was the largest in the history of the competition, not only in Russia, but also in the world.
