According to the Directive № 2406-p of the Russian Federation of 20 September 2020, citizens of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Egypt, and Korea can enter Russia by air.
All international students who came to study at KNRTU must apply to the Faculty of International Educational Programs and fill out an application for admission.
The Faculty of International Educational Programs is located at 68 Karl Marx street (Building “A”), office A-354. Working hours: on weekdays from 9 am. to 4 pm.
Upon arrival in the Russian Federation, students who are planning to live in a dormitory must quarantine for 2 weeks. Isolators will be provided by KNRTU. On day 10-12 of quarantine, students are required to pass a test for COVID – 19.
