On September 15, in the framework of TCI 24th Global Conference, our university was visited by the group of representatives of foreign companies, including such organizations as Economic Development Council of Chihuahua Region (Mexico), Business Upper Austria - OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH (Austria) and SPRI Basque Bussiness Development Agency (Spain).

The 2021 TCI Global Conference topic is “Cooperation for cluster development: creating the future” and it is dedicated to the relevant issues of cluster development. This year, Kazan was chosen as the host city for the conference. Thus, one of the event organizers is Kama innovative regional industrial cluster INNOKAM, that KNRTU enters. Moreover, our university is the conference educational program partner.

Visit of the delegates to KNRTU was organized as a part of cluster tours. The meeting was held in the assembly hall of building “B”. The Associate Professor of the Department of Physical and Colloid Chemistry Artem Bezrukov gave a welcome speech and spoke about KNRTU experience of cluster partnership with the real sector and economy enterprises, such as Sibur, Gazprom, Tatneft, Lukoil, Kamaz and many others. After that, the delegates were accompanied to the KNRTU museum, as well as to the study of the Russian scientist Aleksandr Arbuzov, where the group photo was taken.

Rustam Nurgaliev, the Director of the Institute of Management, Automation and Information Technologies demonstrated to the delegation Emerson and Yokogawa laboratories, which made a great impression on them. During the tour, the delegates could also see the classroom equipped with modern devices. They noted that KNRTU students should be so lucky to have the opportunity to use them when studying.
