KNRTU held a traditional contest for young lecturers. The participants were 19 most active representatives of the Institutes under the age of 35. A competent jury consisting of the heads of administrative and academic departments of the university evaluated the contestants on their performance quality of three main tasks: a portfolio reflects the participant’s achievements in scientific, educational, social and creative activities, a two-minute self-presentation and a master class, during which it was necessary to present the results of their work and describe the subject in clear language.
All participants succeeded in their tasks, however, it was necessary to choose the most convincing and charismatic young colleague. Emil Latypov, Assistant Professor of the Department of Chemical Cybernetics, became the winner.
The laureates of the competition were Alina Guzhova, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages for Professional Communication; Svetlana Gadelshina, Associate Professor of the Department of Innovation in Chemical Engineering; Zemfira Sanatullova, Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering Ecology.
