As part of the implementation of the human capital management policy, members of the Leaders of Change Club of KNRTU (Project Supervisor — Prof. Denis Tuntsev) successfully conducted a number of exciting and informative classes for young teachers participating in the START School Project.

The classes covered various topics that allowed to get acquainted with the structure of the university and the organization of the educational process in detail. Special attention was paid to the development of soft skills, which include communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to self-organize. Many classes had a practical application. START School Project participants not only attended lectures, but also participated in group discussions, master classes, and completed practical tasks.

The events showed a high level of interest among the participants. The implementation of the START School Project was an important step towards creating a supportive educational environment aimed at enhancement of competencies of young lecturers, providing a unique opportunity for professional development and self-realization.
