Eliza Galkina, a first-year student at the Institute of Innovation Management, has been named a laureate of the VII International Competition of Young Researchers Scientific Works Problems of Cross-Cultural Psychology and Multicultural Education. Her academic advisor was Tatyana A. Starshinova, Associate Professor from the Department of Vocational and Pedagogical Education.
The competition was held under the auspices of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education at Kursk State University.
Eliza presented her research paper titled "Family Traditions and Values Among Urban Adolescents in Mari El" at the International Youth Scientific Conference "Personality Development in a Multicultural World: Challenges of Socialization, Development of Citizenship and Patriotism in Children and Youth." Her article was published in a journal indexed by the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
The competition brought together 286 young researchers from universities in Armenia, Belarus, Benin, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
