In the framework of the conference, the International school of young scientists "Plasma Technologies for Study and Development of Novel Materials" was also conducted in Kazan.

ICPLTP gathered more than 400 researchers from Russia, USA, France, Bulgaria, Portugal, Canada, Korea, Singapore, Hungary, Switzerland and other countries of the world. The conference had a rich program, which included as plenary, section and poster presentations so the visit to the laboratories of KNRTU and rich cultural program organized by KNRTU. All the guests of Kazan had the opportunity to learn more about the city in its cultural and historical aspects.

The participants of the conference noted the high level of ICPLTP-2014 organization and its fruitful results.
