Ataev, Deputy Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan (for curative and preventive issues); A. Agamyradov, Deputy Chair of statutory board for tourism of Turkmenistan; K. Seyidov, Deputy Chair of statutory board for sports of Turkmenistan; Yu. Khekimov, chief Scientific Secretary of Academy of Science of Turkmenistan; B. Sopyev, Head of the Department of external economic links of Ministry of Trade & External Economic Relations of Turkmenistan; D. Dzhelilov, Head of the Department of external economic links of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan; K. Saparov, Head of the Department of agrarian reforms and learning of global experience of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan; A. Mulliev, Head of Department of External Economic Relations of the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan.

The delegation of Turkmenistan was welcomed by the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs - Dr. Alexander Kochnev and other representatives of KNRTU administration and faculty.

The prospects for collaboration between KNRTU and universities of Turkmenistan were discussed during the meeting.

The issues of education of Turkmen students in universities of Russia and KNRTU particularly were also discussed. The meeting was attended by Turkmen students of KNRTU and other universities of Kazan. They had the opportunity to communicate and ask their questions to the representatives of the Turkmen Government.
