The delegation of Turkmenistan included the Head of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan - Nursahet Bayramov; the First Secretary of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Russia - Myrat Begniyazov and the Head of the Council of Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Makhtumkuli of Akhalskiy region - Azat Muhammetmyradov.

The representatives of the Institute of Social and Pedagogical Technologies and Resources of Naberezhnye Chelny took part in the meeting: Mystafina Fayruza Zyfarovna – the Rector of the Institute, Galagudina Zhamilya Fahradovna - the Head of International Affairs Department and the Director of International Programs - Chervov Oleg Borisovich.

The delegation of Turkmenistan and representatives of Social and Pedagogical Technologies and Resources of Naberezhnye Chelny - were welcomed by the Vice Rector for Economic Affairs and Innovations – Dr. Valeriy Alyayev, the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs - Dr. Alexander Kochnev and other representatives of KNRTU administration and faculty.

The prospects for collaboration between KNRTU and Turkmenistan were discussed during the meeting.

The issues of education of Turkmen students in universities of Russia and KNRTU particularly were also discussed. The meeting was attended by Turkmen students of KNRTU and other universities of Kazan. They had the opportunity to communicate and ask their questions to the representatives of the Turkmen officials.
