The President of Tatarstan Student League – Elkin Iskanderov and KNRTU students from Benin took part in the meeting. Aniset Gabriel Kochofa was welcomed by the Rector of KNRTU – Dr. German Dyakonov.

The parties discussed the issues of increasing the number of foreign students studying in Russian universities and in KNRTU particularly. Aniset Gabriel Kochofa proposed to increase the number of students from Benin and other countries of Africa studying in KNRTU. Aniset Gabriel Kochofa noted that they get positive feedback from students studying in KNRTU. Upon the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to keep in touch and develop collaboration.
