Over 25 young scientists from different parts of Russia were selected to take part in one the most prestigious world programs of scholarships and grants. The lectures and practicum of the Fulbright Summer School were conducted by KNRTU top world-class Professors and leading scientists in the field of Nano Materials and Nano Technologies. The Fulbright Summer School included reach cultural program, where participants had a great chance to learn more about Kazan and Tatarstan culture and history. The participants of the Fulbright Summer School had a chance to meet with the honored doctors of KNRTU and world-famous scientists: Professor of the Oxford University – Dr. Peter Atkins; Director of Institut Kimia Malaysia and ex-president of FACS – Datuk Dr. Soon Ting-Kueh and the Rector of Viet Tri University of Industry – Dr. Quan Dinh Khoa. The United States Ambassador to the Russian Federation - John F. Tefft attended the graduation ceremony and presented the certificates of completion to participants of the Fulbright Summer School.
