History

The Department of Service Technologies was founded in 2023, and the first Chair of the Department was Elmira R. Khairullina, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of Russian Academy of Sciences, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation. She is also the Director of the Institute of Light Industry, Fashion and Design.
